1. Our Role

PrimeMILF.net operates as a content aggregator. We embed videos from third-party adult video hosting platforms. We do not host, upload, or create any video content. All files remain on and under the control of the originating platform.

2. Content Removal Process

3. DMCA Copyright Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512, a valid DMCA notice must include:

Note: Removing an embed from our site does not remove the original file from the hosting platform. For full removal, you must also contact the source platform and request removal of cached results from search engines.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification to contact@primemilf.net including your signature, identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to jurisdiction. We will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the embed.

5. Illegal Content

Zero tolerance policy. We do not permit child sexual abuse material, non-consensual pornography, or any other illegal content. Report immediately to contact@primemilf.net — Subject: URGENT: Illegal Content. We will act within hours and report to relevant authorities.

6. Privacy Violations

If you appear in content without your consent, contact us immediately. Privacy violation requests are expedited. Include the page URL, proof of identity (kept strictly confidential), a statement of non-consent, and your contact details.

7. False Claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may result in legal liability for damages, criminal prosecution for perjury, and permanent blocking of future requests.
